In Bergans we are incredibly proud of our history. Our product archive is full of old heroes who deserve to be lifted from oblivion. The Bergans Archetype Anorak is a slightly modernized remake of the first Bergans anorak ever made, launched on the market in the late 60’s. The poly-cotton fabric is sturdy and tough just like it used to be back in the day. The only difference is that today’s fabric is woven from organic cotton and recycled polyester. The classic looking storm hood is retained and upgraded with better adjustments. If you want a unique piece of outdoor garment with a fascinating history, our Archetype Anorak is the one.
Because this is a unisex model, we recommend that women drop down one size from their normal size. If you want an oversized look, choose your normal size.
Fabric
Durable fabric in 65% Polyester (Recycled) 35% Cotton (Organic) with PFAS-free WR. The product contains bluesign® APPROVED fabrics and trimmings, which ensures responsible chemical handling in production.
Hood
Vintage fitted storm hood with snap button adjustment in the back and drawcord in the front. High collar.
Pockets
Large chest pockets and kangaroo pocket with flap and Velcro closure.
Additional features
Half zip opening with flap and Velcro. Drawcord tightening in the waist. Crotch strap. Velcro adjustment on sleeves.
