Returns and Exchanges – Simple and Safe

Not completely satisfied with your purchase?

That's perfectly fine – with us, it's easy to return or exchange. You have 14 days from the time you receive the package to send the item back. The item must be unused, have the tags on, and be in its original packaging.

Please note that underwear cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanging for a different size is completely free.

How to Return or Exchange

1. Start your return or exchange here

2. Enter the order number and the email address you used when ordering

3. Choose whether you want to return or exchange for a different size

4. You will receive an email with instructions on how to send the item back

5. Deliver the package to a drop-off point that accepts DHL. We will refund the amount as soon as we have received and processed your return. It usually takes 5–7 business days for the money to be back in your account.

NOTE! The items cannot be used, all tags must be on the garment. Underwear cannot be exchanged if there is no complaint.

What Does It Cost?

• Returns cost is 4.95 EUR, which will be deducted from the amount you get back

• For size exchanges, both the return and shipping of the new item are free
