Not satisfied?

The Right of Cancellation Act gives you the right to cancel your purchase. The right of withdrawal requires that you have returned your package within 14 days of receiving the package from us at the latest.You always have free returns when you shop with us in Bergans!

1. Find the return form that comes with the package.
2. Specify the products you wish to return and provide the reason for the return.
3. Place the return form and the items you want to return inside the package.
4. Attach the provided return label to the outside of the package. Be sure to remove or cover the original label, as failing to do so may result in delays in processing your return.
5. Deliver the package to your nearest post office in store.
6. Once we have received your return, we will issue a refund to you. If you chose to pay via Klarna invoice, please report the return on your Klarna app to pause your payment.

NOTE! The goods cannot be used, all tags must be on the garment. Underwear cannot be exchanged if there is no complaint.

Exchange to another size

If you want to change to another size, return the item and place a new order. Returns are free. Remember that all labels must be on, and it's a good idea to take care of the adhesive shipping label included in the package for this.

Exchange and return of Christmas gifts

We have extended the return policy until January 15th for Christmas presents purchased between October 15th and Januar 15th.

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the item to us and place a new order. If you live near one of our stores, you can easily exchange sizes in-store if the item is in stock. Remember to bring your purchase receipt and ensure that all labels are still attached to the garment.
