Magma Light Down Jacket is a lightweight and fully featured technical piece of clothing with an elaborate fit optimal for a wide range of activities. High quality, 100 % recycled down (90/10 RE:Down, 700 Cuin, 60 gr m/2) provides great insulation capacity and shows that this garment is designed with sustainability in mind. The same goes for the wind resistant main fabric made from recycled polyamide, which has also been applied with a PFAS-free water-repellent treatment. High, adjustable collar protects your neck and throat from cold winds. Magma Light Down Jacket is very packable and can easily be hidden into its compression pocket. This high performing garment will soon become your year-round favorite. Perfect to slip into on a chilly summer night or as an extra layer of insulation underneath your shell jacket on your winter journeys. A true must-have for any outdoor enthusiast.
Magma is our core line of technical and functional down jackets designed to keep you warm and comfortable on your winter adventures. To cover all requirements, the series offers four different insulation levels – Light, Medium, Warm and Extreme – all of them developed with performance and sustainability as top priorities. All the Magma products consist exclusively of recycled materials, from the lining through the down to the outer fabric, which of course comes with a PFAS-free water-repellent treatment. When you put on a Magma you will instantly feel the comfort of wearing a perfectly fitted piece of clothing, tailored for great experiences.
Fabric
Wind resistant fabric in recycled polyamide with PFAS free water repellency. Saving energy and fossil resources by re-using material waste from production. PFAS free WR treatment: Avoiding harmful chemicals for water-repellent finishing . Insulated with 100% recycled down. Saving natural resources by re-using down and feathers from bedding and outerwear. Product contains bluesign® APPROVED fabrics and trimmings; guarantees safe chemical management in production.
Hood
No hood. High collar with drawcord for better weather protection.
Ventilation
None.
Pockets
Zippered front pockets. Zippered chest pocket with flap. One of the front pockets can be used as compression pocket. The design ensures that front pockets do not interfere with hip belt when carrying a backpack.
Additional features
Elastic cuffs. Articulated elbow section for excellent freedom of movement. No shoulder and side seams for less friction and chafing. Drawcord adjustment at bottom hem. Regular active fit. Flap behind front zip. Extended back panel.

Re:Down
Re:Down has developed a method which enables used down to be collected, cleaned and reused in textile production. Re:Down is 100% recycled down from used clothing and bed linen which is sorted, washed and then sterilized. The collection and production of Re:Down takes place via the use of a carefully controlled system, which utilizes and recycles all parts of the collected goods and is certified in accordance with the Global Recycled Standard (GRS). Re:Down uses a blend of goose and duck down and has the same excellent properties as new down. It helps to reduce waste and improve the utilization of natural resources. Because Re:Down is not sourced from live animals, it also cannot be certified in accordance with the Responsible Down Standard (RDS).
PFAS-free
All our products marked with the PFAS-free logo use a water repellent treatment that is free of PFAS substances.
