Fabric details: Main material in a technical blend of 68% recycled polyamide, 22% wool, and 10% elastane – offering durability, warmth, and comfort. Reinforcement fabric inside bottom hem in durable Cordura® quality. Soft and comfortable moisture-absorbing material inside the waistband. The product contains bluesign® approved reinforcement material, pocket lining, absorber material, and trimmings.
Pockets: Zippered hand pockets. Zippered thigh pocket with small inner pocket inside.
Ventilation: Ventilation zippers on outer thighs for increased airflow and temperature regulation during high activity.

PFAS-free
Bergans products with water-repellent functionality have no intentionally added PFAS in the surface treatment. PFAS (per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances) are a large group of chemicals that have traditionally been widely used in water-repellent DWR (Durable Water Repellent) treatments. The treatment causes water and dirt to bead up and roll off the surface rather than penetrate the fabric. PFAS break down very slowly in the environment and are therefore often referred to as “forever chemicals”. They can accumulate over time, both in the environment and in living organisms, and several PFAS compounds have been shown to pose a risk to human health and the environment. Since 2016, Bergans has been actively working to phase out PFAS-containing substances from our products and replace them with PFAS-free treatments. All membranes we use are already PFAS-free. The water-repellent performance of the outer fabric will gradually diminish with use. As a result, the outer fabric may absorb more moisture, which can reduce breathability and comfort – even though the garment remains waterproof. How to measure
C - Hips: Measured at the widest point. If you're buying pants/bottoms, this is the most important measurement.
D - Inseam: Measured on the inside, from the crotch down to the floor.
It can be difficult to measure yourself properly, so it's a good idea to get help from someone else. Tip: If you don't have a measuring tape, you can use a piece of thread or string, and then measure it with a ruler afterward.
In cases where the chart shows different sizes fitting different parts of the body, which is very common, you are the best person to decide which priority to give. It's also important to consider whether you prefer a slim or loose fit if you're between two sizes.
