Y MountainLine Breathe 3L Shell Jacket is an advanced 3-layer shell jacket designed for mountaineers who seeks low weight and packability in a reliable and high performing construction. The perfect piece for high-output mountain activities like ski-touring and rapid hiking. Its super soft and light polyamide face fabric is 100% recycled. In combination with our Bega Membrane Breathe Pro™ technology the material provides sovereign weather protection and exceptional breathability. Athletic fit with prolonged back is tailored for free movement, also when wearing a harness, backpack, and helmet. And when speaking of helmet, the three-way hood tightening with an inner seal brim makes it quick and ... easy to obtain complete weather protection to your head, neck, and lower face, both with and without helmet. Generous ventilation zips placed under the arms gives excellent airing options. You may even put your arms through to wear the jacket as a west on warmer days. The two spacious napoleons pockets with extendable volume gives plenty room for your stash and gadgets. For safety, the inner pocket is equipped with an attachment hook. Pockets: Zippered napoleon chest pockets with fold for extra volume, compatible with climbing harness and backpack. Zippered inner pocket with key hook. Inside stash pocket.

Ventilation: Long 2-way underarm zip vents, with double function so you can put your arms through the openings and wear the jacket as a vest on warmer days.

Additional features: Shaped sleeve hem for extra protection of the back of the hand. Velcro cuff adjustment. Flap behind front zipper with extra fold for water drainage. Articulated elbow section for excellent freedom of movement. No shoulder and side seams for less friction and chafing. One-hand elastic drawstring at hem.
