Overview

Warm and functional from top to bottom. Myrkdalen V2 Insulated W Pants is a pair of technical pants specially developed for freeride and alpine skiing, padded with warming Primaloft® Black Eco. The soft and comfortable Dermizax® fabric makes the pants waterproof, windproof and breathable, and you will know that our designers have worked out a super nice fit as soon as you get them on. With convenient Velcro adjustment at the waist it is quick and easy to fit the waistline to whatever you prefer to wear as base layer. Ventilation zippers makes it easy to tune in the perfect balance between airing and insulation, and we can reassure you that you will not miss pocket space for your gear and gadgets.

Fabric details: 2-layer Dermizax® with 2-way stretch. Waterproof (water column: min. 20,000 mm), windproof and breathable. The waterproof outer fabric is drawn around the lower back edge and upwards inside of the jacket to prevent snow from accumulating and wetting the jacket from the inside. Comfortable and quick-drying moisture absorption material at chin guard. Insulated with Primaloft® Black Eco. Product contains bluesign® APPROVED fabrics and trimmings.

Pockets: Zippered front pockets. Zippered thigh pocket with flap and a pleat to add more volume.

Gaiter: Fixed internal gaiter with friction elastic.

Ventilation: Long 2-way ventilation zips on the outside of the thighs.

Additional features: Recco® reflector on bottom leg. Velcro adjustment at waist. Belt loops and internal suspender loops. Articulated knee sections. Reinforcement at bottom leg and extra reinforcement inside bottom leg for extra durability.

Recco

RECCO® is a maintenance-free reflector which helps search and rescue crews during searches for people who have been caught in an avalanche. At Bergans we have chosen to sew in a RECCO® search reflector in some of our products. This neither guarantees that you will be found, nor that you will not be caught in an avalanche. But where a RECCO® searcher is in place, the reflector on the garments can be of good help for search and rescue crews. The RECCO® reflector is maintenance-free and does not require activation. It functions as a transporter of radio waves, cannot activate alarm systems, and will not be destroyed by de-magnetization.
