We think it is very nice to see our products in your photos!

IF you have tagged us, we may be so happy and proud that we will ask you for permission to use the image in our own channels - on the website, in social media, in stores and perhaps in the occasional newsletter .

Of course, we first ask you as the owner of the image for permission to do this. You respond to us when we make a request to you through the hashtag #yesbergans, and then you accept the following:

You grant Bergans Fritid AS (Org. no. 960 400 917), subsidiaries and sister companies, a non-exclusive, worldwide right to use the images you tagged with #yesbergans for marketing purposes.

You then confirm that:

1. You own the rights to your images and we enter into an agreement with you regarding these.
2. You have the permission of all people who appear in the photo and have all the rights to use the photos further.

Bergans Fritid AS will not violate third-party rights or violate applicable regulations.

You then release Bergans Fritid AS from all obligations to pay you for the use of the images and their intellectual property rights in connection with the forms of use described above. You also release Bergans Fritid AS and all persons who shop with us for all claims, compensation and obligations of any kind in connection with the use of the images as described above.
