Not satisfied?

The Right of Cancellation Act gives you the right to cancel your purchase. The right of withdrawal requires that you have returned your package within 14 days of receiving the package from us at the latest.

You always have free returns when you shop with us in Bergans! Stick the pre-paid return label that was included on the package.

Deliver the package to your nearest post office in store.

Be sure to remove or cover the original label, otherwise the return may take longer to arrive.

Once we have received your return, we will refund you. If you have chosen to pay by invoice via Klarna, you should report a return on your order in the Klarna app so that your payment is paused.

NOTE! The goods cannot be used, all tags must be on the garment. Underwear cannot be exchanged if there is no complaint.

Exchange to another size

If you want to change to another size, return the item and place a new order. Returns are free. Remember that all labels must be on, and it's a good idea to take care of the adhesive shipping label included in the package for this.

Christmas gifts - exchange and return

We have extended the return policy until January 15th for Christmas presents purchased between October 15th and December 24th.

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the item to us and place a new order. If you live near one of our stores, you can easily exchange sizes in-store if the item is in stock. Remember to bring your purchase receipt and ensure that all labels are still attached to the garment.
