Versatile, weather protective and fully featured shell pants designed for all kinds of adventures in the woods or in the mountains. The Cecilie 3L Pants is made in a waterproof 3-Layer Dermizax®NX material with 15 % plant-based Ecodear® Polyester. The pants also contain bluesign® approved fabrics and trimmings. Zippers from top to bottom in the leg sides makes it easy to put on and take off the pants without removing your boots. The zippers also function as ventilation when the activity increases. The legs bottom contains fixed gaiters and the opening is made adjustable in order to fit large footwear like randonee boots. To avoid frictional wear and give the product a longer lifespan, the inseams on the legs are staggered backwards. The legs also feature reinforcements inside on the bottom to provide extra durability. The Cecilie 3L Pants is designed in collaboration with professional adventurer and mountaineer Cecilie Skog.
Fabric
3-Layer Dermizax®NX with 15 % plant-based Ecodear® Polyester. Waterproof, windproof and unique breathable properties. Comfortable and quick-drying moisture absorption material in waist. Product contains bluesign® APPROVED fabrics and trimmings, which ensures responsible chemical handling in production.
Ventilation
Full side zip opening, which can also be used for ventilation.
Pockets
Zippered thigh pocket.
Additional features
Recco® reflector on leg. Velcro-adjustment and elastic at the waist. Articulated knee sections. Velcro flap for adjustment of lower hem. Reinforcement at bottom leg and extra reinforcement inside bottom leg for extra durability. Panel construction in crotch for less friction and chafing at thigh area.

RECCO®
RECCO® is a maintenance-free reflector which helps search and rescue crews during searches for people who have been caught in an avalanche. At Bergans we have chosen to sew in a RECCO® search reflector in some of our products. This neither guarantees that you will be found, nor that you will not be caught in an avalanche. But where a RECCO® searcher is in place, the reflector on the garments can be of good help for search and rescue crews. The RECCO® reflector is maintenance-free and does not require activation. It functions as a transporter of radio waves, cannot activate alarm systems, and will not be destroyed by de-magnetization.
Dermizax® NX
Dermizax® NX is a smart nonporous membrane which offers high waterproofness and extremely good moisture permeability.
