E-Commerce Manager*in

In a world where trade increasingly takes place far away from physical products, it is crucially important that our products and our brand appear rock-solid in the digital channels. In Bergans, we have come a long way in our digital expedition, but now see that we need more people on the team if we are to continue to maintain good speed. Therefore, we are now looking for an E-commerce Manager (40-hour workweek) for our German market.

Your Main Tasks:

• Develop the E-commerce platform in the German market
• P&L budget responsible for Bergans.com/de
• Budget responsible for Performance Marketing in the German E-commerce Channel
• Strong project managing skills. Ongoing projects-/implementations and improvements of a wide range of services shall be expected
• Campaign planning and content creation in photoshop
• Manage reporting of E-commerce financials, provide insights and learnings to the leadership team monthly. Track sales, margin, returns and other KPIs decided by HQ
• Track promotional activities and spend, provide actional insights and ongoing improvements
• Team leader for Junior Content Manager
• Collaboration with brand department, customer support and sales team

Your experience includes:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a business-, marketing- or communications-related field. Experience from E-commerce business is a must
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in digital marketing, digital campaigns, Emerchandising or digital content management, in an E-commerce setting
• Organizational and project management skills. Able to manage multiple projects and prioritize accordingly
• Proactive solutions- and sales-oriented profile, always looking for ways to improve
• Strong analytical skills and clear understanding of data-driven decision making
• Experience working with Google Analytics
• Experience with Photoshop
• Experience with PIM Software a plus
• Experience with Marketing Automation Software a plus
• Experience with AB/multivariate testing a plus
• Experience working with a structure from Google URL Builder a plus
• Experience from having commercial responsibility a plus
